How do I register for a seminar or workshop?
To register, browse our Upcoming Events page, click on an event title, and then click the “Register Today” button to begin the registration process for that event.
Is there a limit on how many people can attend each event, and what happens if it fills up?
In order to give attendees a personalized learning experience, most events are limited to 10 attendees max. If an event you would like to attend is full, you can still register for the event to be added to the waitlist. If a spot opens up or if a new session is added, you’ll be notified right away. You can also subscribe to our newsletter to hear about new and upcoming events as they’re announced.
What does each session cost?
Presenters set their own prices, so you may find some no-cost sessions and others that cost a few hundred dollars per seat. Workshops with hands-on activities that span multiple sessions tend to be priced higher than single-session seminars.
Do you offer discounts?
We don’t currently offer discounts, but if you have a specific request, like reserving a workshop or seminar for a group, write to events@field15.com to inquire. We are happy to talk about options.
What are your terms of participation?
Field15 is committed to fostering an environment that is welcoming, inclusive, and safe for everyone. Please see our Terms of Participation to read about our expectations for behavior and how we resolve issues that arise.
How do I report a violation of the terms?
Contact the Trust and Safety Team at trust@field15.com. Alternatively, you can submit an anonymous Terms of Participation violation report.
What is your refund policy?
If you can’t attend an event that you’ve already registered and paid for, you can receive a full refund by contacting us at events@field15.com 48 hours prior to the event’s start date and time.
How do you use the information you collect?
Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and disclose information that we collect when you use our website.
Technology & Logistics
What platform do you use for events, and how do I join the session?
We use Zoom to host sessions. After registering, you’ll get an email invitation with a join link. Simply click the link to join. If you prefer joining via phone, the invitation will include one-click mobile numbers, and a link to additional dial-in numbers based on your location.
What equipment or setup do I need to participate?
You’ll need a computer or mobile device, a reliable internet connection, a mic and speakers (built-in is fine), and ideally a webcam. Using external equipment (webcam and mic or headset) can improve video and audio quality.
What should I do if I have trouble connecting or experience technical issues?
Try leaving and rejoining the session, check your internet connection, and make sure the Zoom app is up to date. If issues continue, use the backup dial-in number or contact us at events@field15.com for additional help.
Are the sessions recorded, and will I receive access to the recordings or materials afterward?
Yes, the sessions are recorded, but only some of the recordings are available to attendees following the event. If a recording becomes available, you’ll be notified at the email address you used when registering for the event. Likewise, some events include supplemental materials (e.g., worksheets, slide decks, etc.). Those materials will also be made available to you following the event.
Are accessibility features available?
Yes, Zoom has a variety of built-in accessibility features, such as keyboard shortcuts, live captioning, and screen reader support. Read more here: https://www.zoom.com/en/accessibility.
